1st day at my 2nd job... it's okok... the person whom i report to is very nice...
Morning i reach the tourism board there, dunno wat floor to report to... then the receptionist referred me to the manager of the HR dept, who happened to be ard... hahaz... din noe that she asked me to follow her... so i cont to sit at the bench... after that lehz... the girl named magaret(whom i'm supposed to report to) walked past and asked if i'm weini... hahaz... wonder how she noe...
After that i followed her up to the 11th floor... the HR dept is there... as we're entering the office... the HR manager walked out again... looking for me apparently... cos she tot i had followed her... oops...
The 1st half of the day is spent looking at other pple's resume...those applying for professional posts... yupz... do 1st round of filtering... then went for lunch... n i was so suay... fell down while i was walking to tanglin mall... still wondering y i can fall down.. haiz... luckily just had some scrathes, but then still painful...
After lunch it was like more admin job to do la... n the bad thing is i accidentally closed my powerpoint w/o saving b4 i got home... haiz... must do again tml... n it feels like i've done very little stuff today...
Office work as compared to retail... is more lonely... i just sit at my 'cubicle' and stare at the 4 walls... unlike retailing... keeping meeting customers... but then maybe as the days go by, get to noe more pple... wont be so lonely? hmm... dunno... there's another temp staff sitting beside me... but i nv got to really noe anyone... though the girl magaret introduced me around... can feel the office environment... but the conditions not bad... have my own workplace... n a com... n maybe can put up some stuff at my work area to feel more comy... hmmm
